Cheese Risotto
Cheese Risotto is type of risotto which is based on different types of cheeses which are folded into the risotto during the final cooking stages. Cheese Risotto can either be served by itself or as a side dish. Risotto is a class of Italian dishes of rice cooked in broth to a creamy consistency. It is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy.
