Brown Rice Risotto
Brown Rice Risotto is type of risotto which is based on using brown rice opposed to the regular arborio rice which is typically used for making risotto. Brown Rice Risotto can either be served by itself or as a side dish. Risotto is a class of Italian dishes of rice cooked in broth to a creamy consistency. It is one of the most common ways of cooking rice in Italy.
