Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken or Sweet Sour Chicken is a Western Chinese cuisine dish. The chicken is essentially white meat chicken deep-fried in batter. Pineapple Chicken is generally served with sweet and sour sauce, with pineapples as well as green peppers and carrot. It is common in Australia, the UK and North America, although it may sometimes be found in restaurants in East and Southeast Asia in an essentially identical version.
