Crock Pot Chicken is a slow cooked chicken casserole type dish which is cooked in a Crock Pot. A Crock Pot is a countertop electrical cooking appliance that maintains a relatively low temperature for many hours allowing unattended cooking. There are endless Crock Pot Chicken recipes, but most include chicken pieces or boneless chicken pieces cooked together with chicken stock, tomatoes, cream, mushrooms, carrots, peas, bell peppers, onions, garlic, herbs and spices.
