Mushrooms on Toast
Mushrooms on Toast is a simple breakfast dish and a good way to serve mushrooms. Often button mushrooms are used, but any sort of mushrooms or mixed mushrooms can be used. The mushrooms are pan fried in a little butter, and flavored with thyme, garlic and parsley. Some versions include cream to finish.
