Breakfast Casserole

A breakfast casserole is a breakfast dish sometimes also called egg strata, are a combination of a number of breakfast foods baked in casserole form much like frittatas or baked omelets. However some breakfast casseroles are much more like a stew or typical casserole made of breakfast ingredients such as sausage, bacon, ham peppers, tomatoes cooked in a pot and served wither on toast or hash brown.
