Guinness Beef Stew

Guinness Beef Stew is a combination of beef cuts suitable for slow-cooking together with any combination of vegetables cooked in a liquid and served in the resultant gravy. Opposed to water, Guinness beer is used as the beef stew cooking liquid, with stock also common. Seasoning and flavourings may also be added. Guinness Beef Stew are typically cooked at a relatively low temperature, allowing flavors to mingle over a number of hours.
